When we visited friends recently and spent a long weekend cooking, their knife drawer became a topic of concern and conversation: how to store knives safely and efficiently, while guarding against injury to ourselves and to the knives. Their knives need to be stored in a drawer, away from young children, but they needed a Cool Tool to store them better.
