Its non-stick surface permits easy release without grease, so lifting the rolled-out crust has never been easier. And because it is oven-safe to 450ºF, it can serve as a baking sheet liner for even heat distribution. And because it’s flexible, it can be stored flat, or in a tight roll, without fear of permanent warping.
