This is a classic design, now a part of the Good Grips collection from OXO. A simple stainless steel turner, with all the right details: angled to keep your hand above the hot cooking surface or side of your skillet, a bezeled leading edge to facilitate a ‘clean slide’ underneath your food when it’s crisp and ready to turn, a 1/16th” thick - strong but slightly flexible - blade for lifting and chopping (think about the carmelized onions and peppers on your Philly Cheesesteak!) and the ‘iconic’ soft, non-slip black Good Grips handle. Symmetrically designed and therefore equally usable by lefties or righties!
We’ve searched a long time to find the right turner (it became an obsession!): not too long, or too wide; not too stiff, or too flexible, but ‘just right’, with the right angle and edge. We really think that OXO nailed it when they created this Turner. Eureka!
