
Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Teaspoon Chiipotle Chile Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
2 Cups Skin-on Raw Almonds
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Unsalted Butter
Directions:
- Adjust oven rack to middle position and pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all spices together.
- In a large bowl, toss the almonds with the olive oil, then toss with the spice mixture to coat.
- Spread the almonds out over a rimmed nonstick baking sheet.
- Toast in oven, stirring often until the almonds are fragrant and lightly browned, 10-15 minutes.
- Let the almonds cool completely.
