Stuffed Olives

Ingredients:

18 Large Pitted Olives (Castelvetrano olives are our favorites)
3 Ounces of your favorite cheese (we love Manchego for this, but the possibilities are limitless!) or other filling of choice

Directions:

  • Drain the olives
  • Slice the cheese into slices that match the depth of the hole in your olive (probably 1/4-1/2")
  • Using the Olivator, punch a hole into the cheese slice, twist and pull up a little rod of cheese
  • Poke the Olivator with the cheese into the olive and press the top of the Olivator to release the cheese into the olive
  • Repeat 17 more times
