Ever wanted to cook two (or more) recipes out of the same cookbook? Happens to us all the time. Then you’re constantly turning the pages back and forth, losing your place, getting smudges all over the cookbook, and generally getting annoyed during what should be fun, creative time in the kitchen. You can mark the pages with Post-it Notes (we used to), but that solves only the losing-your-place problem, and doesn’t solve the getting-to-the-page problem or the keeping-it-clean challenge.
