Ingredients:

1 Pint Good Quality Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 Cup Brandy
3-4 Pieces of Beautiful Summer Fruit, cut into 1" cubes
Fresh Berries

Directions:

  • Divide ice cream among 4 bowls
  • Pour 2 Tablespoons of brandy over each bowl of ice cream
  • Top with fresh fruit and berries
  • Serve and enjoy!
