Rösle Ice Cream Scoop
One of our favorite desserts during the summer is really simply: just good quality vanilla ice cream, brandy and some cut up fresh fruit. In this case the whole is soooo much more than the sum of the parts! I find myself licking the bowl!
So, besides good quality ice cream and summer fruit at its peak, the key to this dessert is a good ice cream scoop. We’ve tried all kinds of scoops from the disher type with the scraping thing in the bowl, to the spade, to the ones with cryo-stuff in the handles, but none of them really did more than an adequate job...until now!
