Garlic Processing

Garlic is one of our favorite ingredients and recipes call for many different ways to include garlic in a dish. Not many of us are expert knife users so there are different tools to prepare garlic for different dishes. One thing that we don’t offer is one of those old-fashioned so-called ‘garlic press’ things that simply turn garlic into an unrecognizable liquid mush! More on that elsewhere!
