Peelers

Every kitchen needs a good peeler [or 2] and you have 2 basic designs to choose between: most folks are familiar with the so-called ‘straight’ peeler - swivel-mounted double blades with a handle like a paring knife - but the “Y-peeler” design turns the blades 90º opposite to the handle. Modern peelers also have more comfortable ergonomic handles, unlike those older models with open handles that can quickly become uncomfortable to hold.
