Phase 1 Breakfast: Cinnamon Ginger Chili Peaches on Toast

This is an easy, tasty Phase 1 Breakfast ... the natural sweetness of peaches is elevated by ground cinnamon and grated ginger - delish!

Servings: 2

2 Cups Diced Peaches
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Grated Ginger Root
1/8 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Pinch Stevia
2 Tablespoons Water
2 Slices Sprouted Grain Bread, toasted

  • In a pan, mix peaches with the cinnamon, ginger, chili powder, stevia and 2T water
  • Cook over medium heat until the peaches soften
  • Spoon peaches and any syrup that collects in the pan over the toast and serve
