Phase 2 Snack: Smoked Salmon, Cucumbers and Lime

This is simple, refreshing and healthy, with just enough zing from the lime juice!

Servings: 2

6 Ounces Nitrate-free Smoked Salmon (with No Added Sugar), cut with the Cut 'n Chunks scissors
2 Cups Sliced Baby Cucumbers (Mushroom, Egg, Strawberry Slicer)
1/4 Teaspoon Dill (Herb Scissors)
Pinch of White Pepper
2 Teaspoons Lime Juice

  • Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices and then dice.
  • Mix Salmon, cucumber, dill and pepper.
  • Drizzle mixture with lime juice
