Lemon Rosemary Popcorn

When people drop over and you need something to serve with a glss of wine, this is our go-to dish--it takes less than 5 minutes, start to finish!

Servings: 6

1/4 Cup Popcorn
1 Teaspoon Fresh Rosemary, stripped and minced
1 Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
Zest of 1 Lemon
1 1/2 Teaspoons Butter

  • Put the popcorn in the Lékué Popcorn Maker
  • Add rosemary, salt, lemon zest and butter
  • Put on the lid and put in the microwave on the Popcorn setting
  • Serve and enjoy!
Notes:

You can use any herb, substitute olive oil for butter, make th epopcorn with no oil or butter at all, or increase the amount. Always use at least 1/4 cup of popcorn.
