This stainless steel beauty feels well-balanced in your hand, especially when loaded with sauce. The silicone Mop head is almost 3” in diameter, with 2” “bristles”: it holds a lot of sauce! The 45º angle of the Mop also distinguishes the Rosle Basting Mop from most straight-handled basting brushes: it enables you to reach out over the entire grill top without putting your hand over the heat, and to rest the Mop head stably in your bowl of sauce between applications.
