Phase 2 Breakfast: Spinach and Mushroom Scramble

This is so good, you forget that there's no fat or eggs!

Servings: 2

8 Slices Turkey Bacon, sliced with Cut 'n Chunks
1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms Tari Slicer
1 Cup Chopped Sipinach
1/2 Cup Diced Onion (in the Big mouth Chopper)
2 Tablespoons Chicken Broth
Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and when hot, cook the bacon until crisp, then add the mushrooms and cook until almost dry, then add the onions and cook until crisp tender. Then add the broth and spinach and cook for 1 minute more.
  • Serve immediately
