In the process of preparing any dish, we often find ourselves using multiple tools, looking for that ‘just-right, what I need right now!’ tool in the middle of cooking, and thereby creating an increasingly larger stack of ‘dirty dishes’ … The results are great…and worth the effort, but sometimes we wish that the multistep process was not so complex, or that there were not so many dirty dishes to clean up … SO we have found some new tools that are multifunctional, enabling us to perform several tasks with a single (and singular!) tool, leaving a much simpler cleanup pile!

We’re very excited to have discovered the folks at Dreamfarm, who’ve really stretched design and functionality into new directions, focusing on solving problems that have bugged so many of us!

In the Dreamfarm world - ‘Down Under/Australia/OZ’, which may explain a bit! - the basic ‘cooking spoon’ has become the “Supoon” (the sit up scraping spoon) that combines so many features that you don’t usually find in one tool:

Measuring Spoons - displaying 1 tsp/5ml and 1 T/15ml measurements in the bowl of the spoon;
Soft silicone edges and a reinforced silicone end for thorough scraping and ‘spooning’;
A deep bowl that lets you serve the food you’ve prepared; and
A nylon handle design that elevates the bowl off your counter or, alternatively, hooks itself over the edge of your pot or pan.

With one tool, you can measure, stir-fry, scrape, mix, and serve an incalculable range of dishes, all with a single tool!

It also has a smaller cousin - the Mini-Supoon - in a mere 1 tsp/15ml size bowl - that delivers the same basic unique features in a smaller format, and can be especially useful in catching that last little bit from the bottom corners of bowls or bottles.

Both deliver their well-combined features in a clever and highly functional design: most decidedly each are Cool Tools!
